Individual property valuation with transparent factors
proove is an individual property valuation tool for Swiss real estate. A guided wizard takes you through Base Data, Location, Amenities, Details and Development, and returns an estimate together with the factors behind it. It covers apartments, houses, multi-family buildings, commercial properties and land, each with its own adjustment matrix.
What you enter
- Address, property type, living area and base price per m²
- Floor, bathrooms, property age and condition
- Location: macro location, neighborhood, public transport, everyday services, schools, sun exposure, view and noise
- Amenities such as balcony, garden, elevator, underground garage or solar panels
- Details: kitchen, layout, energy standard, heating, interior finish and parking
- Development: free and total utilization potential, local tax burden and vacancy rate
When you pick an address, proove prefills building and location details where they are available, such as construction year, public transport access and utilization potential. You can change every value.
How the result is shown
- Base value, multiplier and estimated value, updated live with each input

Print a valuation report with every factor and layer, or export your inputs as JSON and import them later. You can also ask Claire, the Aireon AI assistant, about the property.
Frequently asked questions
What is my property worth?
proove gives you an indicative estimate. Enter the property type, living area and a base price per m², then rate location, condition, amenities, finishes and development potential. The estimate updates with every answer and shows which factors raise or lower it.
How is the estimate calculated?
The base value is the base price per m² times the living area. Each answer carries an adjustment for your property type. Adjustments add up within five layers, each bounded by its own cap, and the net score becomes a bounded multiplier applied to the base value.
Is the result an official or certified appraisal?
No. The result is an indicative, factor-based estimate for orientation. It is not an official valuation or a certified appraisal, for example for a mortgage.
